My wife, Brett, and I have lived in Lakewood for the last 29 years. We love the area, and we have been managing rental property in this area for over 24 years now. Brett is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and I am the Property Manager for our 2 boutique apartment communities. I do this full time, and I am very responsive to requests for repairs or other issues.
